Job summary

Elite-Dental-Partners in Des Plaines, IL seeks a Treatment Plan Coordinator to educate patients on treatment plans and their importance for oral health. You will present options, obtain financial consent, and ensure plans are accurately recorded in the system.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating with labs, and completing administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness. Prior dental/healthcare experience and Dentrix proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree or additional education in business or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software; experience with Dentrix strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on their treatment plan and the importance of their oral health.
• Present treatment plan options and gain financial consent including payment plans
• Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system
• Manage a productive schedule and schedule future appointments
• Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to patient appointments
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely
