Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator in Arlington Heights, IL to educate patients on their treatment plans, present options, obtain financial consent, and ensure plans are accurately recorded in the system. You will manage a productive schedule, coordinate with labs, and complete administrative tasks promptly.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years in dental/healthcare service, and strong communication skills; Dentrix experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in a dental, healthcare or service environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on their treatment plan and its importance.
• Present treatment plan options and obtain financial consent including payment plans.
• Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system.
• Manage a productive schedule and schedule future appointments.
• Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to appointments.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely.
