Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; experience with QSI/Denticon is a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs of services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients from initial diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients through the full appointment cycle to a happy, healthy smile.
