The role emphasizes treatment plan presentation, revenue-cycle management, and front-office support within our new facility and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental office experience.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, ADA coding, and insurance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans to patients.
• Maximize insurance benefits and advocate through the claims process.
• Coordinate finances, payment options, and office policies.
• Submit dental insurance claims and post payments.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and manage accounts receivable.
• Support front desk tasks: phones, scheduling, and patient check-in/out.
