• Strong case presentation and closing skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Present and follow up on treatment plans with empathy and confidence.
• Track and report case acceptance metrics; handle patient concerns, post-treatment check-ins, and referral requests.
• Support new patient onboarding and front desk operations.
• Step in where needed across a multi-location team.
