We are a modern, patient-focused practice seeking a strong team member to manage the front desk while coordinating treatment and insurance handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front office.
• Strong PPO insurance knowledge (eligibility, breakdowns, estimates).
• Experience presenting treatment plans is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced practice.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming experience.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule.
• Verify PPO insurance and explain benefits clearly to patients.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on dental insurance claims (PPO).
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options.
• Help increase case acceptance through clear communication and trust.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
