In this role, you’ll serve as an important connection between patients, families, dental providers, insurance companies, and outside healthcare organizations. You’ll help coordinate referrals, medical clearances, insurance authorizations, financial arrangements, and other requirements so patients can move forward with their recommended care.

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You should be able to communicate effectively with patients and families, navigate insurance requirements, recognize when additional guidance is needed, and follow through to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
