Job summary

Gentle Dental Cornell Center in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a Dental Therapist to join our collaborative team. Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available. You’ll practice at the top of licensure, grow clinically, and make a meaningful impact on patients and the community.

Compensation starts at $155,000+ annually with a $15,000 sign-on bonus, based on experience. Beaverton location offers suburban living with easy access to Portland and the Willamette Valley, supporting a balanced lifestyle

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Therapy program.
• Current Oregon Dental Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Passion for patient-centered care and expanding access to oral healthcare.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental therapy care at the top of licensure and full scope of practice.
• Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, dental assistants and the care team.
• Help expand access to high-quality oral healthcare in the Beaverton community.
• Contribute to a team-based care model focused on patient outcomes.
