Qualifications

The Opportunity

As a Dental Therapist with Gentle Dental, you'll play an important role in expanding access to high-quality oral healthcare while working as part of a collaborative dental team.

We want our Dental Therapists to practice at the top of their licensure and use the full range of skills they've worked hard to develop. We're committed to creating an environment where you can grow clinically, utilize your training, and make a meaningful impact on the patients and community you serve.

You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with your patients and work alongside dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and operational team members who share a commitment to putting patients first.

Compensation
  • $155,000+ annual compensation, depending on experience
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus
