• Must have a firm understanding of BonaDent Standards.
• Must use critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternatives.
• Required to strive for a total team working relationship.
• Must make progress towards personal development goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain an organized bench.
• Must follow standards of conduct as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Recognize and report problem cases or cases needing additional prep work.
• Additional duties and assignments as required or needed.
