Smile Brands is seeking a Team Leader for the Midwest Dental team in Oshkosh, WI. The role oversees daily operations, supports treatment planning, and guides a capable team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have dental office leadership or senior front office experience, strong knowledge of treatment planning and insurance, and a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance processes.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences.
• Provide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance.
• Guide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goals.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management.
• Oversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentations.
• Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care.
• Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies.

We’re searching for a Team Leader to lead our Midwest Dental team in Oshkosh, WI! In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice—overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. Schedule (days/hours)

Mon, Tues 7am-5pm, Wed, Thurs 7am-4pm, Fri varies

Responsibilities

Compensation

$26 - $30 per hour
