Smile Brands is seeking a Team Leader to oversee Mondovi Dental in Millburn, NJ, guiding day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, and driving a high-quality patient experience.

You’ll lead front office staff, coach for case acceptance, manage scheduling, collections, and performance metrics, while partnering with the clinical team to align financial presentations and office protocols.

Qualifications

• Dental office leadership experience or senior dental front office experience
• Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance processes
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences
• Provide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance
• Guide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goals
• Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management
• Oversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentations
• Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care
• Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies

We’re searching for a Team Leader to lead our Mondovi Dental team in Millburn, NJ! In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice—overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. Schedule (days/hours)

Monday/Friday 8am-3pm Tuesday/Thursday 12pm-8pm wed 8am-3pm

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences

Compensation

$32 - $35 per hour
