Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. in Minneapolis is seeking a Dental Office Operations Lead to oversee daily operations, schedule patients, manage expenses, and support a positive patient experience in our Minneapolis area practice.

You will monitor staff productivity, lead trainings on patient care and compliance, and help the team deliver Smiles For Everyone, while maintaining a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This is a full-time role with attractive benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• At least one year of team lead experience in a dental office.
• Experience leading a team.

Overview

In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses
• Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary
• Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a team lead in a Dental office
• Experience leading a team
• Knowledge of dental terminology

Compensation

$27 - $30 per hour
