Overview

In this role, you’ll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.

Schedule (days/hours)

M: 8:45am-6:00pm, T: 7:45am-5:00pm, W: 8:45am-6:00pm, TH: 7:45am-2:00pm, S: 7:45am-1:00pm (2x per month)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses
• Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary
• Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance

Compensation
