Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Recruiting professional to join our corporate team in Richmond Hill, GA. You will recruit for dental assistants, office staff, and support/corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates bring high-volume recruiting experience or related dental/medical industry exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings with a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Dental or medical industry experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience in high-volume full-cycle recruiting preferred.
• SHRM-CP or HR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and align on screening requirements, timelines, compensation and market factors.
• Conduct phone/virtual interviews; screen and refer qualified applicants to teams.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking and social media to build a strong pipeline.
• Maintain candidate records using ATS and keep hiring managers informed through ready statuses.
• Act as ambassador for SGA Dental Partners with candidates and external partners.
• Manage expectations to increase offer acceptance probability and positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships with universities and dental-related entities to broaden the talent pool.
• Align recruiting activities with department standards and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
