University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a full-time Dispensary Technician Trainee (HCS Trainee I) to support the Department of Clinic Support Services. You will learn sterilization, instrument distribution, and supply management in a fast-paced academic healthcare setting.

Under leadership, you will assist with sterilization workflows, instrument set-ups for learners, and distribution to operatories, gaining hands-on experience and career growth in dental education operations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of sterilization and instrument preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize instruments and equipment; ensure inventory of sterilized items.
• Prepare instrument set-ups for students, residents, and faculty.
• Maintain records and coordinate with staff on collection and distribution of instruments.
