This full-time role requires attention to infection control, follows manufacturers' instructions, records maintenance and supplies, and reports to the Center Manager. No prior experience is required; on-the-job training provided; BLS certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification or agreement to obtain by the completion of the ninety-day introductory period.
• No experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, disinfecting and sterilizing dental instruments according to procedures
• Following manufacturers' instructions for maintaining sterilization equipment properly
• Recording/documenting information, such as maintenance and sterilization processes and notes
• Transporting dirty dental instruments to the dedicated sterilization area
• Tracking and ordering sterilization supplies
• Adhering to standard protocols for infection control
• Wearing personal protective equipment when required
• Performing other routine office functions when required.
