Clove Dental is seeking a Sterilization Technician II in Oxnard, CA. You will sterilize, disinfect, and store instruments following infection-control protocols, maintain logs and OSHA-compliant procedures, and support clinical staff with X-ray setup and other duties as trained.

Ideal candidates will adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and corporate standards, keep operatories clean, and assist with room turnover and supply organization throughout the day.

Competenze

• Sterilize, disinfect, and properly store dental instruments according to infection-control protocols.
• Maintain sterilization areas, equipment, logs, and testing per OSHA standards.
• Support X-ray setup and other permitted clinical-support duties when trained.

Mansioni

• Turn over treatment rooms quickly and thoroughly between patients.
• Transport instruments between operatories and sterilization while separating clean/contaminated items.
• Maintain clean and organized clinical, sterilization, laboratory, and supply areas.
• Train and support Sterilization Technician I team members on sterilization workflows.
• Answer phones when front office is busy and assist with basic front-office tasks.
