Job summary

Valley-Family-Health-Care is seeking a Dental Sterilization Technician to ensure sterilization, equipment maintenance and inventory control for dental instruments and supplies. This role supports a dentist, dental assistant, and hygienist in delivering primary care services and reports to the Dental Director and Staff Dentist.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and 1–2 years of customer service experience; dental office experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• BLS certified in basic life support.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience; dental office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, safety, and confidentiality in patient care.
• Assist patients by answering questions and directing them as authorized by the dentist or hygienist.
• Perform procedures as delegated by the Dental Director; support equipment and infection control.
