The MetroHealth System is seeking a dental billing and patient access specialist to serve as the initial contact for dental practice patients at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland.

You will gather and analyze patient demographic and payor data to maximize reimbursement, ensure accurate registration, scheduling, pre-certification, and service authorization, and uphold our mission and customer service standards.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience, or education related to dental billing or patient registration.
• CHAA certification; PSR prereq 75% and post-employment 80% scores required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the preliminary contact for dental practice patients.
• Gather and analyze patient demographic and payor data to achieve optimal reimbursement for The MetroHealth System.
• Ensure appropriate patient registration, scheduling, pre-certification, and authorization for services.
