Harbor Health Services, Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Dental Services to join the Dental Leadership Team and oversee multiple sites in Dorchester and Plymouth, MA.

The role blends clinical practice with administrative leadership to advance patient care across the dental program. The Associate Director contributes to strategic planning, quality improvement, and budget management while maintaining half-time clinical practice in Community Health Centers and Elder Service Plan/PACE programs.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school and fully licensed.
• Master of Public Health preferred.
• Massachusetts Dental License, DEA, MCSR, and BLS required.
• 3+ years as a dentist with at least 1 year in supervision/management.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct comprehensive dental care to patients.
• Supervise licensed staff and residents as assigned.
• Act as Dental Director in their absence.
• Support budgeting and department quality initiatives.
• Lead clinical training and conduct audits as assigned.
• Represent the department on committees as needed.
• Travel between Harbor Health sites as required.
