Qualifications

• 3+ years as a dentist with at least one year in a supervisor role.
• Experience with dental coding and billing practices.
• Must have current Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct, comprehensive Dental care to patients.
• Assists in the supervision of clinical staff.
• Champions the clinical peer review process.

Skills

Knowledge of dental coding and billing practices

Proven knowledge of budgets and accounting

Basic to intermediate skills with Microsoft Office 365

Knowledge of electronic dental practice systems (EPIC/OCHIN)

Education

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited college or university

Current Massachusetts Dental License

Master of Public Health (preferred)
