Job summary

Family Health Center of Worcester, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Dental Director in Worcester, MA. The role assists the Dental Director with supervision and evaluation of department staff, supports Residents and trainees, and ensures compliance with DPH, Joint Commission, HRSA and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in General Family Dentistry or equivalent.
• DMD and/or Master's in Public Health preferred.
• Minimum five years professional experience; two years in program supervision.
• Public Health experience preferred.
• Massachusetts license to practice dentistry without limitations.

Responsibilities

• Help recruit staff and implement orientation and training.
• Supervise and develop department staff and trainees.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate policy development.
• Assist in budgeting and program data reporting.
• Support billing processes and insurance follow-ups.
• Coordinate staff schedules and department meetings.
