Job summary

Premier Care Dental Management is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a group of dental practices across our Ohio territory. The role includes directing regional operations, achieving financial objectives, and driving excellence in patient care while building high-performing teams.

Applicants should have 5+ years in multisite dental management, P&L experience, and willingness to travel regionally; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with strong English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in multi-site dental practice management.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Prior P&L management experience.
• Regular travel within the region and occasional trips to flagship HQ (New Hyde Park, NY).
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and success driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the executive team to shape and implement the regional vision.
• Identify training needs and develop local teams to improve performance.
• Maximize daily operations by optimizing staff and resources.
• Implement and maintain SOPs to streamline processes.
• Use data and metrics to monitor and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor the operations team and managers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and learning.
