The position has a home location in Plankinton and will regularly cover Wessington Springs, with potential to float to other Horizon Dental locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with computers required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service that ensures a positive patient experience from start to finish of the appointment.
• Manage the appointment schedule to allocate appropriate times and providers.
• Collect and verify patient demographic information privately and confidentially.
• Communicate clear financial expectations to the patient, collect co-pays, and coordinate payment plans.
