Experience in a dental or medical office and knowledge of insurance plans is preferred; we offer comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and modern dental technology in a team-based, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
• Experience answering telephone and handling inquiries.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient service and greeting upon arrival.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain the appointment book.
• Register patients and post charges/payments to accounts.
• Assist with patient treatment coordination and financial arrangements.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming waiting area and support team.
