Essential Functions

• Educate clients on healthy smiles by explaining the benefits of dental care and making the treatment process engaging and easy to understand.
• Assist clients in understanding treatment options and benefits to support informed decisions.
• Respond to client inquiries via in-person, phone, or email with strong communication skills.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to ensure smooth client flow.
• Greet clients warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
• Provide clients with necessary information and documents, demonstrating transparency and care.
• Verify insurance details, including eligibility, usage, and limitations, and follow up as needed.
• Support the dental team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace to prevent infection and ensure safety.
• Be flexible and ready to handle additional tasks as needed.
