Job Position: Dental Receptionist

Location: Flint, MI

Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00/hr

Shift: Full-Time, Temporary to Direct

Entech Staffing is seeking a kind and professional Dental Receptionist to join a dental office in Flint, MI. This is a part-time, temporary to direct position for the right fit. Applicants with a clinical dental background are encouraged to apply.

Schedule

This position will consist of a 4-5 day work week- 2 morning and 2 afternoon shifts, and alternate Fridays, (working 7 am 3 pm).

• Morning shift example: 6:30 am 2 pm
• Afternoon shift example: 12:30 pm 7:30 pm
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient service and address any inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Greet and welcome patients to the practice.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer incoming calls from existing and new patients.
• Complete various other office tasks as needed.
  
  

Required

• 1+ years of proven experience in a dental office (strongly preferred, but not required)
• A 5-star service approach to patient care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Eaglesoft is a big plus!
• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to starting.
