Liberty Dental Plan is seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Provider Network Manager based in New Jersey to build and maintain a strong network of dental providers across the state.

Job Summary

The Dental Provider Network Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a robust network of General Dentists and Specialists to meet Liberty Dental Plan's access and growth objectives. This includes recruitment, contracting, education, compliance monitoring, and provider relations within the assigned territory.

• Recruit General Dentists and Specialists to meet network adequacy and growth goals.
• Analyze competitor networks and propose strategies to enhance recruitment and retention efforts.

Compensation
