Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to supervise, train, and evaluate a team of dental assistants within the SEARHC Dental Clinic. You will oversee daily, weekly, and monthly duties, manage workflow, and handle recruitment and onboarding of new staff.

You will also conduct training, lead quality improvement activities, ensure inventory control, and maintain certification records, while performing patient care duties when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
