As a Dental Practice Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Negotiating and closing large sales opportunities by presenting to individuals or to groups through use of persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets while managing administrative and CRM responsibilities.
  • Solving complex problems with a positive attitude in a highly competitive environment.
  • Analyzing point of sale and market share data to understand where to spend time and resources.
  • Collaborating and sharing knowledge with numerous people within different segments of the organization.
Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are hired for this position.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

AND

  • Current, valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • 1-2 years of sales in the oral care business segment/industry.
  • Experience with Data Analytics is preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Work location
  • Remote - Must reside in Rhode Island or Southern MA.
Travel

May include up to 35% domestic travel.

Compensation

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $110,762 - $135,375, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered may vary based on factors such as relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience. This position may be eligible for benefits like Medical, Dental & Vision, HSA, FSA, Disability, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, Retirement Benefits, etc. More info at: Solventum Careers - Total Rewards.
