Kentuckiana Smile Partners in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Dental Assistant Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy private family dental office. The ideal candidate will lead a team, improve workflows, and ensure exceptional patient experiences.

With 2–3+ years of dental office management, strong leadership and communication skills, and comfort with Open Dental, you will drive scheduling, treatment plan presentation, and financial options for patients.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of dental office experience (management experience preferred).
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage both people and daily operations.
• Available to work Monday–Friday.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily front and back office operations
• Lead, coach, and support the team to achieve practice goals
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
• Manage accounts receivable and insurance claims
• Monitor schedules to maximize efficiency and production
• Ensure OSHA and office compliance standards are maintained
• Lead team meetings, daily huddles, and staff development
• Track unscheduled treatment and help improve patient retention
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and office performance
