Job summary

CrescentCare is seeking a Dental Practice Manager to oversee the Dental Program at two locations in the Greater New Orleans area. You will coordinate clinical and non-clinical operations, billing, and patient services while guiding growth and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

You will lead a diverse team, manage scheduling, performance reviews, and vendor relationships, and contribute to program expansion and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is a bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years of experience in a Dental Practice Management role.
• Experience at a Federally Qualified Health Center preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of CrescentCare Dental Program across two locations.
• Direct staff, scheduling, and performance reviews to ensure high quality patient care.
• Manage patient access, flow, and satisfaction; handle inquiries and issue resolution.
