Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Dental Practice Manager to lead the operations of the Spencer Dental and Braces practice. You will oversee day-to-day office functions, staff, and scheduling while driving growth in general dentistry, orthodontics, and expanded services.

You will partner with the Director of Operations to ensure excellent patient care, financial performance, and staff development, using data analytics to guide improvements. This role is based in a professional on-site office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dental office management experience.
• High school or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and manage all staff members.
• Own relationships with doctors and ensure operational excellence in partnership with Director of Operations.
• Meet office performance, financial, and P&L goals, including patient forecasts and satisfaction metrics.
• Use PowerBI and financial analytics to support business decisions.
• Manage scheduling and show rate initiatives.
