Community Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Practice Manager to oversee daily operations at Henderson Smiles. The role focuses on scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The manager will lead a team, support dentists, and drive growth through marketing and patient services.

The position requires strong leadership, experience in billing, and the ability to collaborate with staff to meet objectives. Salary is competitive and experience-based.

Qualifications

• Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred (written and spoken).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Knowledge of billing practices and dental terminology preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables, referral process, and expenses.
• Guide office within budget including supplies, equipment, labs, and labor costs.
• Increase patient growth by supporting sales, marketing, and promotions.
• Recruit, hire and develop office teams and supervise performance and development.
• Communicate with office teams to provide information, tools, and support.
