RiseMe is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager for our Syosset dental practice. You will lead daily operations, oversee staff, and drive growth while ensuring exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgets, billing oversight, marketing, and patient outreach to improve retention and service quality. This role demands strong leadership and a proactive, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a dental setting.
• Dentrix experience strongly preferred.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to success.
• Exceptional patient care and customer service skills.
• Monitor production/collection, read P&L, manage budgets, set goals.
• Adapt, multitask, and support the team across roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dental office activities including scheduling and patient flow.
• Optimize workflows, patient wait times, and patient experiences.
• Act as primary contact for patients, addressing concerns and inquiries.
• Inform patients about treatment plans, finances, and post-care instructions.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate dental office staff.
• Promote a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Coordinate staff schedules for adequate coverage.
• Monitor performance and conduct reviews.
• Oversee billing, coding, insurance verification, and collections.
• Manage accounts receivable and payment plans.
• Develop and manage office budgets and track expenses.
• Prepare financial reports and improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA requirements.
• Enforce policies and confidential HIPAA recordkeeping.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.
• Coordinate recalls, reminders, and outreach to improve retention.
• Collaborate with the dentist on growth strategies and service expansion.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase patient volume.
