Job summary

Specialized Dental Partners in West Georgia is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of D.K. Fagundes Endodontics. You will ensure efficient workflows, support a high‑performing team, and deliver an exceptional patient experience in a patient‑focused, outcomes‑driven environment.

The role requires strong operational expertise and financial acumen. You’ll oversee budgeting, revenue cycle, and KPI reporting while collaborating with leadership to drive practice

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a dental practice.
  • 3+ years of supervising and leading a large team.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with dental practice management software.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient workflows and high-quality care aligned with KPIs.
  • Oversee financial performance, budget and cost‑reduction strategies.
  • Develop annual budgets and manage revenue cycle.
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth and performance initiatives.
  • Facilitate monthly practice review meetings with Doctors and team.
  • Implement policies and procedures for best practices.
  • Resolve operational challenges and improve patient care quality.
  • Design staffing models and manage training and evaluations.
  • Hire, onboard and train new team members.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Dental Practice Manager

D.K. Fagundes Endodontics

We are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our practice. In this key leadership role, you will ensure the practice runs efficiently, support and develop a high‑performing team, and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is an organized, results‑driven leader with strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and a passion for building successful teams.

Our Board‑Certified Endodontic practice has proudly served the West Georgia community for nearly 30 years. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care through advanced technology, clinical excellence, and a compassionate approach. Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are collaborative, patient‑focused, and committed to excellence. We’re looking for a leader who shares these values and is excited to help continue our tradition of outstanding care while supporting the practice’s continued growth and success.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday‑Friday

Responsibilities
  • Ensure high‑quality care through efficient workflows, aligning with clinical outcomes and KPIs
  • Oversee financial performance, manage budget, review financial reports, address discrepancies, and implement cost‑reduction strategies
  • Develop annual budgets, manage revenue cycle, ensure timely posting of charges and demographics
  • Collaborate with leadership team to execute strategic plan, including practice growth and performance initiatives
  • Facilitate monthly practice review meetings with Doctors and team, ensuring goal alignment and addressing operational challenges
  • Implement policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and effective communication
  • Act as a liaison to resolve operational challenges and improve patient care quality
  • Design and optimize staffing models, manage talent through training, evaluations, and counseling
  • Hiring, onboarding and training new team members
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in managing a dental practice
  • 3+ years of experience in supervising and leading a large team

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • T Thorough understanding of Business Operations
  • Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$75,000/annually based on full‑time employment.
