Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a skilled leader to manage a dental practice’s day-to-day operations in Kentucky. You will optimize staff schedules to maximize patient satisfaction and operational metrics, and implement practice marketing plans to attract new patients.

In collaboration with HR, you will hire all non-doctor positions and, with Regional Leadership, develop and implement strategic plans and policies.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the dental practice and optimize staff schedules.
  • Implement marketing plans to attract new patients and maintain relationships.
  • In coordination with HR, hire all positions except doctors and terminate non-doctor staff.
  • With Regional Leadership, analyze and implement strategic and operational plans.
  • Pursue continuous quality improvement and encourage staff growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, using discretion in setting team member schedules to maximize patient satisfaction, as well asoperational metrics.
  • Implement practice-based marketing plans to market to new patients. Ensureongoing relationships by delivering outstanding patient care.
  • In concert with HR, hire all positions, except doctors. Responsible for terminatingall positions except doctors.
  • In concert with Regional Leadership, analyzes, develops, and implementsstrategic and operational planning for practice. Develops and uses discretion ininterpreting and managing organizational policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Devote themselves to continuous quality improvement, including seeking all educational opportunities for growth and improvement and encouraging subordinates to do the same.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration or related field (Preferred)
  • 3 plus years of leadership experience(Required)
