Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced dental professional to join our motivated and ambitious team at our well-established private family dental practice in Elmira. The ideal candidate is positive and patient-focused.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support daily clinical and non-clinical office operations.
  2. Manage Accounts Receivable.
  3. Present treatment plans and communicate financial policies to patients.
  4. Process insurance claims.
  5. Streamline operational procedures to enhance productivity.
  6. Maintain OSHA safety regulations.
  7. Lead meetings, trainings, and staff huddles.
  8. Audit schedules and follow up on discrepancies.
  9. Manage scheduling to maximize efficiency.
  10. Follow up on unscheduled treatment reports.
  11. Motivate the team to meet production goals.
  12. Conduct staff meetings and performance evaluations.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of experience in all facets of a dental office.
  2. Degree in business or healthcare management preferred but not required.
  3. Flexibility to work between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Professionalism in patient and team interactions.
