EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Dental Advisors team in Boston. You will provide outsourced accounting services for dental practice owners and manage month-end processes across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

2+ years of accounting and/or bookkeeping including general ledger maintenance and financial reports.
Familiarity with accounting systems including QuickBooks Online.
Good knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

The Bookkeeper manages month-end accounting services for assigned clients. This includes posting journal entries, researching and correcting account discrepancies, and related functions.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Assist in the monthly closing of the books and preparation of internal financial statements.
Work with multiple clients at the same time and manage multiple projects.
Recognize non-routine accounting, investment and tax issues and, after research, suggest solutions.
Maintain client files and supporting documentation.
Assist others with projects.
