Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Dental Advisors team in Boston. You will provide outsourced accounting services for dental practice owners and manage month-end close, reconciliations, and client files across multiple engagements.

The role requires strong knowledge of GAAP and QuickBooks Online, with 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience and superb attention to detail. Hybrid work options and remote collaboration are supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting and/or bookkeeping including general ledger maintenance and financial reports.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online.
• Good knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• The Bookkeeper manages month-end accounting services for assigned clients. This includes, but is not limited to, posting of journal entries, research and corrects account discrepancies, and other related functions.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the monthly closing of the books and the preparation of internal financial statements.
• Work with different clients at the same time / Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrates the ability to recognize non-routine accounting, investment and tax issues and, after research, suggest solutions.
• Maintain client files / supporting documentation.
• Assist others with projects.
