University Dental Associates (UDA) is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team as a full-time front-desk liaison. The PSR will schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and assist with patient paperwork and treatment plan presentations.
Ideal candidates will have at least six months in a similar role, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Office 365.

A UDA Patient Services Representative, or rather “PSR”, is one of the most important members of our team. Not only will you perform a wide range of duties that facilitate only the best patient care possible, but you will often be the first and last impression made on a patient. You are the face of the practice! So, if you love to smile and love to make others smile, then this is the role for you! As a PSR, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) scheduling and confirming patient appointments, verifying insurance coverage, collecting payment for services, assisting in the completion of patient paperwork, presenting patient treatment plans, checking patients in and out of the office, and conducting financial consultations with the patients based on their treatment needs as prescribed by the provider.
