Qualifications

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relevant office procedures.
• Create and maintain an organized dental system.
• Greet and assist patients as they arrive.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide patient care as needed.
• Schedule and maintain patient appointments.
• Organize meetings and take accurate minutes.
• Address and resolve patients' concerns with a professional attitude.
