Job summary

Precision Oral Surgery is seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our established practice. The role involves delivering a superior patient experience in person and over the phone, handling calls, scheduling treatments, and updating patient records.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional 2 Wednesdays per month in Chesterfield (mileage reimbursed). Ideal candidates have dental and customer service experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to

• Dental experience required.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone.
• Answer calls, and schedule new and existing patients for dental treatment.
• Welcome patients into the office, gathering demographics, insurance info, and health history.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area.
• Collect patient payments and post to the patient ledger.
• Update documents into the patient chart.
• Outbound calls to confirm upcoming appointments.
• Assist with miscellaneous office duties as needed.
