Qualifications

• Prior experience as a dental receptionist or front desk coordinator.
• Dentrix experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Friendly, professional and patient-focused attitude.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the organization.
• Comfort discussing appointment scheduling, insurance details, and patient payments.

• Welcome and assist patients, creating a warm first impression.
• Handle front desk communications and relay messages professionally.
• Coordinate patient check-in by verifying information and insurance details.
• Support payment collection and communicate balances clearly.

• Help coordinate appointments and minimize gaps in the schedule.
