We are seeking a friendly, organized dental Front Desk professional to enhance our patient care team. This role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.

Job Summary: As a Patient Care Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling front desk duties including greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, and assisting with billing and insurance inquiries. This position requires professionalism, multitasking, and a caring attitude.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients
  • Greet patients warmly and assist them during their visits
  • Manage phone calls and appointment scheduling
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims
  • Follow up on unscheduled appointments

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of dental experience preferred
  • Experience with Dentrix is a plus
  • Professionalism, strong communication skills, and a motivated work ethic
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with patients and staff
