Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff

• Review monthly business results and manage profit and loss to support goals
• Lead daily huddles to align team and optimize patient experience and performance
