Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Office Manager to lead the office in all operations and support doctors in delivering high-quality care. You will complete an extensive ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge.

You will manage staff, ensure excellent patient service, review financial results, and drive profitability while maintaining compliance and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• A people centric leader who motivates and inspires others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in line with policies and regulations.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align sales plans.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles to optimize patient experience and business performance.
• Additional tasks as required.
