Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead) for our Bloomington, MN practice. You will manage daily front office duties, help create a positive patient experience, and support non-clinical staff under the Manager’s guidance.

The role includes an eight-week training program, collaboration with the dental team on treatment options, insurance verification, scheduling, and daily financial processes to ensure accurate deposits and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Work with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care and verify insurance payments.
• Under the Manager, supervise daily non-clinical tasks and priorities.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments; process deposits and credit card payments.
• Participate in the eight-week training program to succeed in the role.
