Position Overview

Towncare Dental of Clermont is seeking a Dental Office Manager to support our clinical team by providing excellent patient care and satisfaction in a team-based environment. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff and patient relations, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing office profit and loss, scheduling, staff productivity, collections, receivables, expenses, and supporting business growth through sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead office personnel, streamline workflows, and oversee administrative functions such as financial reporting, payroll, and banking to maintain a high-performing practice.

Qualifications
